How we keep this clear

Julie checks donations against the payment accounts. Pledges and pending transfers are not counted as cash received.

Julie assigns confirmed funds to trip expenses. Allocating money is separate from spending it.

Actual costs and approved receipt links are added as expenses happen. Personal details and accommodation locations are kept private.
